Unlisted timber-framed building on the east side of Middleborough (Globe News). The timbers exposed during alterations in 2004 were recorded by Richard Shackle.

An 18th century timber-framed building (with a 19th century kitchen), behind a new house called Rayners, Wick Lane, Langham Wick, was recorded prior to/during it's removal in 1998.

In 1998, a timber-framed 17th century building at 176 Magdelen Street was demolished. When the site was cleared, a wall of septaria blocks was recorded, which predates the 17th century building. A small copper alloy coin weight was found close to the wall, marked with the symbol of Henry VIII.
