Full Description

Fingringhoe Hall, on the south side of Church Road and to the south of St Andrew's Church. Mid 17th century, and Georgian, rebuilt following a fire by Alfred Lester in 1975, reusing the old bricks. Five bays, two storeys, with single storey bay to rear, and original one-and-a-half storey wing to rear. Original Georgian doorway reused. Square two-storey brick dovecote to south-east of hall, late 18th century. Ice house below.<1>
