Medieval baby burial, below Room 3a of (Medieval) CAT Building 28, Site D & G, Lion Walk, recorded during the excavations at Lion Walk between 1971-4.

The medieval church was almost completely destroyed by a bomb in 1940, rebuilt in Perp style in 1957-8. Rendered walls with stone dressings, and a brick S. porch.

54 articulated inhumation burials (from 52 graves) were investigated in 2007, laid out across areas corresponding to the north and south transepts at the east end of the church of the Crouched Friars.
