Recording of the buildings on this site took place in March 2002. See record numbers MCC5001-MCC5004 for details of individual buildings.<1><2>

Archaeological monioring during the demolition and clearance stages of a mid 19th-century malting and early 20th-century laundry, ahead of a housing development, discovered a culvert associated with an early 19th-century distillery and a wheel pit to a mid 19th-century corn mill.<3>
