17th century house, at the corner of St Nicholas Street and Culver Street East, Colchester, now demolished. Note that the accurancy of this description is now in doubt, if this description relates to 5-6 St Nicholas Street (formerly Jacks). This work has shown that 5 St Nicholas Street was probably built in the late 15th century, followed by 6 St Nicholas Street in the late 16th or (more probably) early 17th century.

Medieval and later house (CAT Building 29) on the corner of Lion Walk and Culver Street, recorded during excavations in 1971.
