A small mid-19th century red-brick stable, within the curtilage of a grade II-listed farmhouse (MCC4503, a 17th century timber-framed building) and barn (MCC4504, a 19th century weather-boarded building).

Boundary Cottage was built in the 1840s as a pair of semi-detached two-up/two-down tenements, one of the first dwellings on Tiptree heath.
