Full Description

Leigh Alston carried out a Level 3 historic building survey of a small mid-C19 red-brick stable, within the curtilage of a grade II-listed farmhouse (MCC4503, a C17 timber-framed building) and barn (MCC4504, a C19 weather-boarded building), prior to demolition (CBC planning application 146599). The building was in a poor condition, with much of its roof and rear wall lacking, and had been altered in the C20. He considered its significance to be minimal.<1>
