C15 timber-framed house.

An historic analysis at Historic England Level 2 was carried out by Leigh Alston in November 2018 to record a rear 20th century lean-to, prior to demolition.<1>

Archaeological monitoring and recording was carried out during the groundworks for new extensions in 2019. No archaeological features or finds were defined.<2>
