Description

Aside from the trenches cut in the SW" corner of field 1266a (ECC946), A.F.Hall also undertook various other exploratory investigations in these fields which have revealed: a small ditch at the north end of 1266a, a small ditch midway along the west hedge of 1266a, ditches along the south side of field 1266, a large oval hollow in the SW corner of field 1266 (see ECC1784), and a small ditch or trench south of the temple running nearly parallel to the south hedge of field 1266.<1>
