Full Description

Pottery dated 20-60 AD found in 1949 at Blackbrook Hill, Langham, over south end of field at TM 03573239. Found at a poultry farm. Pottery found south of the house, "of the same character as at Camulodunum, especially of f.119, of which the most part of one vessel was found". <1> - <4> Iron age finds also made, north of the house (see 2754) so probably this pottery iron age in date also?
