Full Description
Watching brief during the construction of a 2-storey building to the rear of an existing building. The N frontage of the new building was built over the remains of a Roman wall. This was damaged during construction work when it was partly undermined by a trench too near to it. The exposed section of wall appeared to be only core (on S side). <1>
