Model farm dating to 1857, estate H. Skingley, designed by F. Chancellor. A small range with no barn, addition rather than complete new farm. A covered yard still there.<1>
A heritage statement was prepared by Meville Dunbar in 2016 to inform a planning application for redevelopment.<2>
