Full Description

Early C19 red brick building.

A historic building assessment was undertaken by Leigh Alston in 2009 during renovation work.<1> Alston records, Nos. 3 & 4 Greens Yard is now a single dwelling formed by combining the central pair in an early-19th century brick terrace of four uniform cottages. The property retains its two original entrance doors and the combination is not apparent from the exterior. The terrace is listed at grade II due to its exceptionally well-preserved façade and its group value in conjunction with the adjoining listed buildings on North Hill.
