Building record MCC3494 - 9 North Hill, Colchester

Summary

Recorded as an 18th century brick-fronted building. A timber-framed survey by Richard Shackle in 2001 (or 2002), however, suggests the front range consists of two structures side by side. To the south is part of a medieval building of about 1450. To the north is a larger 17th century structure.
