Full Description
An east-west Roman wall situated along the eastern edge of Insula 10. The wall was observed during the construction of a new Telephone exchange in 1964 (ECC141). A north-south return to the south (MCC2075) may have been part of the same wall or at least butted up against it as evidenced by a robber trench. It seems likely that these were internal walls of the large Roman building (MCC2060) which occupied this part of the Insula.<1>
