Full Description

Early Roman daub block wall (burnt) (east-west). Trench 4, Mercury Theatre Site.<1> Although this feature appears to overly MCC1642 & MCC1644, it does not have a similar construction to either of these buildings. Also, the accuracy of Brian Blake's plans can be doubted, possibly by as much a 5m.
