Full Description

A robbed-out wall discovered during excavations on land acquired for the Eastern National Bus Depot in 1931. All that remained was the mortar foundations with traces of the trench from which the material had been robbed. The foundation was 2ft. wide and 8ft. from the surface. 15ft 6in. to the south was another wall (MCC1874). There was no trace of a floor between them but Hull believed the walls and surrounding destruction debris derived from a wattle-and-daub building.<1>
