Full Description
A north-south Roman wall consisting of a large block of septaria and a mass of mortar discovered during excavations within Castle Park in 1928/9 (ECC795), The block bounded a north-south street (MCC1852) to the west and may have been the remains of 'the wall of the adjacent Insula'.<1>
