Full Description

Hull records, 'In 1909 alterations to the terracing on the west side of the Grammar School resulted in several finds, chief of which was a large female head, veiled and diademed in sandstone. It was on a square base and is clearly from a tomb. It was found where the balustrade connects with the wall on the west'.<1>
