Full Description
During excavations at Culver Street between 1981-2 and 1984-5 (ECC337), an E to W street was discovered situated along the southern edge of Insula 34. The street was built from levelled deposits overlying an earlier street (MCC1015). These deposits had been sealed by a layer of mortar and septaria to form a street surface.<1>
