Full Description
A Roman drainage ditch discovered during excavations at Culver Street between 1981-2 and 1984-5 (see ECC337). The ditch ran east-west between a street (MCC1169) and area of cultivation (MCC855). The ditch seemed to be a continuation of two drains (MCC1137 and MCC1138) which joined it from the north.<1>
