Description

DOE survey of No's 40 -42 East Hill. Grade II. Form C17 extensions to rear of No's 38 and 39, and faces into Roseberry Avenue. Timber framed plastered and painted except No 42 which has a red brick front. Sash windows, mostly with glazing bars. Two storey with attics, cellars. Tiled roofs. Upper storey projects on the front on curved brackets, and also on east side of rear extension. <1>
