Description
A caesium vapour magnetic geophysical survey was carried out by Archaeophysica Ltd. on a 7ha. area of land to the south and west of Gosbecks Way, Colchester, extending into the SAM in advance of a planning application for residential development. The survey identified anomalies of potential archaeological interest, but magnetic contrast was very low. <1>
