Description

In October 1925 masses of white mortar and rubble were found under the pavement on the north side of the corner house of Queen St-East Hill. Fragments of flue-tiles, some with red mortar adhering, and a piece of painted wall plaster in light blue, pink and yellow, have been found in the Minories Garden. <1><2>
