Description
A survey was undertaken of No 7 Queen Street (The Brahms and Liszt Wine Bar) during renovation work in 1988. A medieval shop window was identified with parallels with The Swan, Maldon dated to 1380-1390, suggesting that No 6 is much earlier than first thought, probably 15th or even 14th century. <1>
