Description

Described as 18th century house although the listing states that No 10 is probably earlier with 18th century alterations. No 10 has its gable end to the street, probably timber-framed. Rendered, two storeys and an attic; one window, sashes, with glazing bars on the upper floor, attic casement. Tiled roof. No 12 is two storeys, sashes with glazing bars. Hipped slate roof. No's 10 & 12 are structurally connected with visible remains of the Roman town wall.<1>
