Description

Wire records in his diary 'a man who works in the Pinnacle garden informs me that when double trenching about four spits deep in that garden on the side nearest the brewery he came upon a great quantity of rubbish, the remains of some building, which had been shot there to fill up (?). He likewise found near by two skeletons, but so decayed they fell to pieces upon being exposed to the air'.<1><2>
