One-and-a half-storey timber-framed dwelling with dormer windows and thatched roof; the west end is hipped the east end is gabled. The building is clearly marked on the 1843 tithe map of Marks Tey. The building was adopted onto the Local List by the Local Plan Committee on 24/08/20. A good timber-framed building and the style, form and construction of the building is easily identifiable (although there is a modern extension of the east end).
