Description
DEDHAM GROVE HILL 1. 5214 Brook Farmhouse (formerly listed as Brookside Farmhouse) TM 0531 27/20 7.4.65 II 2. C16 and later house, of 2 storeys, framed in timber which part exposed, and plastered. Roof ridged, hipped and gabled, pegtiled with eaves. Plan irregular with an addition to the east. Small-paned sash windows irregularly placed.
