17th century house.

DOE survey of No's 71 & 72 East Hill. Grade II. Early/ mid C19 front to C17 or earlier structure. Steep, slated roof; irregular, weather boarded rear. Front of gault brick, 3 storeys, 5 windows with flat gauged arches, parapet with vestigial pediment. Windows to 2 lower storeys have connected label mouldings, but western part of ground storey altered late C19 with cambered arches to openings. <1>
