Full Description

Remains of walling were exposed opposite the 'Cross Keys' in Culver Street in 1922. Laver sketched these <1> and they are described by Hull in 'Roman Colchester'.<2> Also Mr Rudsdale observed walls opposite the 'Cross Keys' in Culver Street.<2>
