Full Description
Pattocks Farm is a historic farmstead located to the north of the settlement of Great Tey and south of Swan Street. It was first shown on the 1897-1904 Epoch 2 map to be a large detached site made up of ten buildings. Approximately 50% of original buildings demolished between 1923 and 1972. Among the surviving buildings there is the Grade II listed C16 Puttocks Farmhouse (LB Number: 1238846). The site has since been split into the farmhouse to the west and the modern storage yard to the east. The storage yard is predominatly modern buildings, combining with the original buildings in places. There are no remaining historic landscape features on the site. <1>
