Full Description
Broadgreen Farm is a historic farmstead located to the west of the settlement of Little Tey, on the outskirts of Broad Green. The farm is first shown on the 1897-1904 Epoch 2 map to be a small detached site made up of five buildings. Only one of these buildings has survived, the Grade II listed c.1700 Broadgreen Farmhouse (LB Number: 1223206). All the other buildings were demolished between 1958 and 1973, causing the site's use to change to residential. There have been some modern building and extensions to the site, including a garage and a store. There are two historic landscape features on the site. Two farm ponds to the north and the south of the site survive. <1>
