Full Description

Dawson's Green is originally shown on the 1777 Chapman & Andre Historic Map, located south of Copford. The green is shown on this map to be roughly triangular shaped, c.2.8ha. In size. The map shows two collections of buildings on the edge of the green but these seem to have been demolished along with the removal of the green. <1>
