Stone figure of infant, originally covered in gesso. Form not paralleled, but undoubtedly Romano-British. <1> - <5> Found in then front garden of 'Purney Heath' and donated to Colchester Museum by Mr and Mrs Filler. Acc. No. 513.57. <1>
One of two stone figures with gesso, one Roman one Medieval, from Dedham (see also 2741). <6>
