Moat at East Donyland Hall. <1> <2> Tracing of (?)OS 6" map of 1874 from ERO in SMR, shows three arms of a moat with a small building within and others outside. It also shows two ponds to north-west and north-east and a series of three small rectangular ponds to the south-east of the moat. <5> <6> Incomplete, rectangular moat. <7> Sketch plan on back of MSRG card shows moat and the three rectangular ponds similar to earlier map. <8> APs show site survived in 1976 in similar form to that shown on map in SMR, waterfilled.
