Full Description

Wire's diary 12/12/1842, 'In digging a grave in St Peters churchyard adjoining Mr Green senior. For his grand-daughter, about seven feet below the surface a concrete floor of Roman work was discovered, which probably was the foundation for a tessellated pavement'.<1><2>
