Full Description

A wall was found near the lane to Captain's Road. Nearby, there was a ditch some 6ft wide and 3ft deep with a gravel road on its W side. The road fits modern boundary patterns, and Laver considered it to be modern. The wall contained Roman red mortar.<1><2>
