Full Description

Scatter of Roman pottery on buried land surface on head c.20cm below surface of salt marsh. This appears to have been a dry land habitation site. It is now some 20cm below mean high water mark but in Roman times it was presumably above the high water mark. Finds compried one bag of Roman pottery.<1><2>
