Full Description

Foundations found in the garden S of site 13060 in 1892. This was PG Laver's own garden and he subsequently excavated it, finding remains of a house or houses with several different periods. Few foundations remained and only one small patch of red pavement. Maximum depth of excavation could be about 5ft. Sketch plan in Laver's diary. <1> <2> <3>
