Full Description

Medieval kiln said to have been discovered in the grounds of Roman Hill House during construction of tennis court. Little can be said to verify this except that the statement originated from the late Kay de-Brisay. Site visit by J. Cotter in 1987 found no evidence suggestive of a nearby kiln.
