Full Description

Trench cut across one of the ditches produced pottery all earlier than 1400AD but the contents of the ditch below 5 feet were not sampled therefore enclosures date was not established. The eastern boundary reflects the modern layout of the area which supports a post-Roman origin. <3><4>
