Full Description

Roman occupation site; it has produced large amounts of tegulae, imbrices and flue tile, coarse pottery and a large spread of red brick tesserae.<1> Tile is scattered over the field east of the house and it is said that tile cists have been ploughed up there - TL 94651840.<2> Other ref.<3>
