Roman brick in church.<1>

2004: It was proposed to make the level of the gallery the same as that of the nave. Investigations showed that the floor in the gallery area had been raised. The rubble encountered included Roman tile. Any future work will require archaeological monitoring.<2>

Bettley & Pevsner (2007), however, do not mention the use of Roman brick in this church.<3>
