Full Description

Cropmarks of linear features and pits. <1> <2> <3> <4>. In addition to the linear features and pits is a rectangular enclosure which appears to have multiple ring-ditches visible within its interior - many overlapping each other. Unfortunately, the enclosure, which is presumed to be an Iron Age settlement, has been truncated by a modern road and the northern half of the enclosure has been lost. While some evidence of this enclosure was mapped by the NMP the 2006 photography has added considerable material. <4>

There maybe more features within the enclosure than were actually mapped, but they could not be clearly defined from the available AP's
