Full Description

Site C is located to the south-west of site's A and B (EHCR 45992, 45993) on the foreshore, below East Mersea cliffs
The site comprises timbers and post holes which appear to delineate a slightly curving line, which has been tentatively interpreted as an early attempt at coastal protection. <1> <2>
