Full Description

Marked on the 2nd Edition O.S. map of 1897 as a brewery, Charles William Death was brewing here from 1902 – 1906 when he sold to Edward Ernest Smith who continued for a further four years. Now the site of ‘Hill Garden’ and ‘The White House’, a mixture of brick-built, slate roofed structures including houses. <1>.
