Full Description

An aerial photograph taken in 1946 shows the clear shape of a spigot mortar emplacement approx 60 yards S of Cymbeline Way. From this position the mortar would have covered the road barrier (SMR 10930) approx. 90 yards to its NW.<1>

The area is now thick undergrowth at the bottom of a steep embankment.
