Full Description

An aerial photograph taken by the RAF in 1946 shows the clear shape of an hexagonal pillbox, with an anti-tank ditch some yards away around its S side, on the S side of St. Andrew's Avenue. The entrance is on the SW face.<1>

This site now straddles the wall of a Sainsburys Homebase and the grass verge outside.
