Full Description

Roman tile, Flue tile, ? Pottery ( May be later) and worked flint found in this area. <1>. The distinct concentration of Roman Tile indicates activity in this area in the Roman period, the precise nature of which remains obscure.<1>

A small quantity of worked and burnt flint indicates some use of the area in prehistory, probably in the Middle Bronze Age.<1>
